What is product discovery?

Product discovery is the process of identifying, understanding, and defining the right product to build. This includes ensuring that it meets the needs and desires of customers while aligning with business goals.

It’s a critical phase in product development that focuses on answering key questions: “What problem are we really solving?” and “Who are we solving it for?” The goal is to determine the product’s viability, desirability, and feasibility before investing significant resources into its development.
