Smart Contract

auditing

Our Smart Contract Auditing team safeguards the crypto community, shielding users and projects from vulnerabilities and potential hacks.

Full audit

  • Reports and reviews are performed on an ongoing basis, including any changes to the code.
  • A deep manual audit of all the smart contracts files and utilities within an agreed scope.
  • Public reports containing our findings, recommendations, and your comments on the issues and their resolutions.

Consulting

  • Expert guidance for your development team on design and complex ideas
  • Help with any phase of your project, from the initial idea to late stage optimizations

Design review

  • Identify potential issues in the very beginning, preventing costly errors and setbacks
  • Enable the adoption of best practices early on, reducing the need for code rewrites later

Internal audit

  • Thorough security review of smart contracts without a public report
  • Does not include a final report – making this a more affordable option than a full audit

The way we work

At Vacuumlabs Smart Contract Auditing, we are dedicated to securing the crypto community by protecting both the users and the projects from vulnerabilities, potential hacks, and other issues.

We are empowering the community to make informed decisions by featuring comprehensive reports readable both for technical and non-technical audiences.

We are prioritizing first-class security even for the smallest dApps – to support this, we offer our services at a reasonable cost, ensuring accessibility for projects of all sizes.

We practice a proactive and collaborative approach to auditing:

Design reviews, which form the initial stage of our audits, can start at any stage of the project, but we recommend initiating collaboration as early as possible to help projects avoid costly remakes and ensure a secure foundation.

We maintain continuous interaction with our clients. We strive to report issues as soon as they are discovered, maximizing the time available for fixing them.

If issues are discovered, we assist in addressing them and ensure the changes are implemented correctly.

Our ultimate goal is to ensure that the code is secure and free of any outstanding issues, aligning with the objectives of both the project and its users.

Our team specializes in auditing smart contracts on Cardano, Ethereum and other EVM-compatible blockchains. We have expertise in programming languages such as Plutus, Plutarch, Aiken and Solidity, and are dedicated to adapting to the evolving needs of our clients. We continuously expand our skill set by exploring new languages and blockchain technologies.

Case studies

AADA

Open source peer-to-peer lending protocol

Aada Finance is a decentralized non-custodial lending and borrowing protocol built on the Cardano blockchain.

We supported and audited the project from the early beginning, offering continuous support of the project over the course of many versions, providing auditing of even very simple feature additions. All the public reports can be read here.

Agora + Liqwid

Open-source governance module and lending protocol

Agora comprises tools for Cardano DAO development, and serves as a single open source governance library for decentralized projects on the Cardano blockchain. Liqwid is a decentralized pool-based interest rate protocol for lending on Cardano.

We audited both these large-scale Plutarch applications handling high value transactions. Public reports of both protocols can be read here.

Jam on Bread

Decentralized peer-to-peer NFT marketplace

Jam on Bread is a decentralized peer-to-peer NFT marketplace. The client had multiple special requirements which required custom-tailored design to overcome the limitations of the Plutus language.

We helped the development team at Vacuumlabs with all their queries, reviewing their code during the whole development lifecycle. The internal audit report is not publicly available.
