This April, Vacuumlabs welcomes its new CEO Tomas Masek.
Tomas joins Vacuumlabs after successfully establishing and leading a software development outsourcing company based in Bratislava, which was recently acquired by a private equity firm. Under his guidance, the company grew to about 150 professionals, with operations extending across Europe and a majority of clients in the US and UK. Tomas stayed involved in top executive positions of the reformed organization until he decided to pursue a new opportunity offered by Vacuumlabs. He further supports the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurial spirit through his investments in a few startups, which aligns closely with Vacuumlabs’ commitment to business innovation.
As part of his new role at Vacuumlabs, he will bring a horizontal skillset built up through his notable managerial experience and a technical background in engineering, having started his career as a programmer. Tomas’s approach to leadership is focused on strategic thinking, problem-solving, and servant leadership with a strong emphasis on Sales and Delivery departments. His dedication to teamwork and mentorship will continue to be central to the company’s operations and vision for the future, ensuring its ongoing success.
