Innovative user experience
Standalone offline app
We created a self-deployable system that measures the results of associates while running on a closed loop network. The system mimics the behavior of live banking interfaces using test scenarios and crisis tasks and also allows the activity of associates to be analyzed afterwards. We built the app from scratch using React and integrated with a proprietary C++ SDK. Our teams also designed the user interface and worked with the client to innovate the entire user experience compared to their existing visual editor.
In the most recent launch, our team redesigned the entire user experience for authorities and banks that utilize fingerprint identification solutions, including the development of an entirely new stand-alone application used offline with no internet access.
Vacuumlabs has helped to reduce fraud levels in consumer lending, card payments, tax payments, and ATM withdrawals around the globe through the use of biometric authentication.
