We are looking for someone with strong trademark know-how and management experience to ensure quality delivery and development of the legal operations team. He or she should be good at dealing with problems, have a process-oriented mindset, and good communication skills. Someone who will:
- Become one of the leaders of our legal team to provide comprehensive legal advice, from trademark strategy design to dispute resolution.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to the legal team and help them improve their understanding of IP law as well as case and account management
- Proactively communicate with customers and provide clients with great customer support
- Keep records of customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
