We are hiring a senior Sales Manager to own and run the day-to-day execution of the sales organisation selling custom software development services . This role exists to bring operational rigor, execution discipline, and leadership to the sales team, enabling predictable growth and freeing executive leadership to focus on strategy, partnerships, and long-term initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in FinTech, Banking and Wealth Management with an entrepreneurial mindset and outlook. 

This role has clear ownership of sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, sales cadence, performance management, and deal quality. You will act as the primary driver of sales execution — ensuring that deals are properly qualified, forecasts are honest, and the team operates with clarity, accountability, and consistency.

While the role includes direct involvement in strategic and complex sales opportunities, its primary mandate is to scale the effectiveness of the team, not to be the top individual contributor. You are accountable for how the sales machine runs — not just for what closes.

You will help direct and enable  a disciplined yet practical sales culture built on honest forecasting, clear ownership and execution of the pipeline, close collaboration with delivery and product teams to ensure deals are sound  commercially and  in execution..
