The Sales Professional will be responsible for the own sales strategy, execution, and management of Vacuumlabs’ growth activities. You will be expected to identify and develop sales relationships with innovative companies, banks, and existing key players in selected regions or globally who are building innovative fintech solutions. 

Sales responsibilities will include identifying prospects and reaching out to them, finding leads, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and managing accounts. The successful candidate will have the ability to work with clients and partners and create opportunities across the ecosystem.

Applicants should have knowledge of the financial services industry and be interested in the latest in fintech, web3, insurtech, embedded finance, payment, and/ or venture capital investments in the financial services and wider tech industry. Familiarity with the principles, tools, and technologies of modern software design and development is also required.

  4. You know how to do outreach, sequencing, and approaching your target audience. Either that or you have a vast network to do so. You are good at prospecting. You understand that this is necessary in order to farm later over your client portfolio. Getting there is the first step
  5. You are good at sales marketing activities. Interviews with key players, videos, papers, crafting propositions. You love to be heard and seen
  6. Are a team player and work well with colleagues and customers.
  7. Are excited to learn about emerging technology and the latest in the venture capital/investment space.

We are most interested in entrepreneurial candidates who will grow with us—that is far more important than ticking all the experience boxes.

More about commissions:

  • The commission system allows sales representatives to earn a 10% commission on the gross profit until reaching 45% profitability and 20% above this threshold.
  • There is no commission cap.
  • Sales representatives also have the opportunity to earn additional commission if they open a new project with a client after the first year.
