We are looking for a person who will be responsible for conference ticket sales. What does that mean? You’ll be in charge of searching for new sales channels, you will actively communicate with IT developer groups abroad, and you’ll be responsible for keeping sales evidence via ti.to.

Duties and responsibilities

To boost our ticket sales, you’ll be working with our marketing team on exciting contests, discounts, and coupons, but you’ll also be searching for new ways of selling tickets.

We need someone to go the extra mile to drive sales. To achieve this, you’ll have to connect with new communities, you’ll report regularly to the company management and present results. You’ll also monitor if all ticket data has been filled in correctly by the conference participants, and you’ll keep an eye on due dates on ticket-related invoices.

You’ll also be responsible for approaching minor partners, and you’ll cooperate with other team members on approaching major companies. Regarding partnerships, you’ll be in charge of finding and executing engagement and event management solutions. This means our partners will turn to you in matters such as organizing a party or a workshop or finding the best place for their stand.

Qualifications

To get the job, you’ll need to:

  • have excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills,
  • have a broad knowledge of marketing and its tools,
  • be able to work in a team but also be independent and active,
  • be punctual and detail-oriented,
  • and you must be able to handle stress and meet deadlines.

We are, of course, looking for someone hardworking and friendly who will fit into our diverse team. Business English is a must!

Salary

€1,200 during the probation period of three months

€1,500 to €1,800 after the probation period (based on performance)

Bonuses: 5% provision from directly sold tickets

5% provision from directly contracted partners
