We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who will help us scale Vacuumlabs by bringing in top talent across both tech and non-tech roles. This isn’t a “post-and-pray” role — you’ll own hiring end-to-end, build pipelines proactively, and partner with hiring managers like a true business partner.
You’ll be hands-on, independent, and obsessed with finding great people. You’ll also help us level up how we hire: improve our processes, raise the bar, and keep the candidate experience sharp. If you like fast-moving environments, autonomy, and real impact, you’ll feel at home.
