Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a kind and talented individual we'll enjoy working together.
You should have:
- Experience in designing mobile/web apps and a portfolio to show.
- Ability to distinguish assumptions from facts and to conduct qualitative research.
- Knowledge of mobile and web app design patterns and UX best practices.
- A balanced attitude towards collaboration and independence.
- Experience with the UI animation (not required).
You will:
- Collaborate on the ideation of the application’s features and flows.
- Design, feedback, and iterate on designs across various fidelities.
- Communicate with engineers, product managers and clients to blend user needs with the technical constraints and business goals.
- Be a reliable partner to engineers in addressing design uncertainties.
A typical career path
Junior designer
You have a growth mindset and work hard to gain experience and improve your skillset. Supported by more experienced designers, you work on rather simple tasks and help with more complex ones.

As an independent contributor, you are capable of working solo on projects that are already set up. Apart from moving pixels, you can identify what hypothesis is worth to be tested and design a test to validate it.

Apart from contributing to our most valuable design projects, you can take a leadership role if needed. Whether it's travelling to meet a client, helping less experienced colleagues or making a design decision, you'll manage.

1. Design exercise
The task will be to design a product on paper in 30 minutes. You can ask us questions during the process. When the countdown ends, you will present your solution.
2. Design critique
You will be searching for usability issues in the app prototype. After having 10 minutes to get familiar with the prototype, you will present us with as many usability issues as you can.
3. Take-home assignment
Your homework will be to design UI(s) specified at the end of our meeting. We'll email to you any wireframes or assets needed for completion.
