We are looking for a kind and talented individual we'll enjoy working together.
You have a growth mindset and work hard to gain experience and improve your skillset. Supported by more experienced designers, you work on rather simple tasks and help with more complex ones.
As an independent contributor, you are capable of working solo on projects that are already set up. Apart from moving pixels, you can identify what hypothesis is worth to be tested and design a test to validate it.
Apart from contributing to our most valuable design projects, you can take a leadership role if needed. Whether it's travelling to meet a client, helping less experienced colleagues or making a design decision, you'll manage.
The task will be to design a product on paper in 30 minutes. You can ask us questions during the process. When the countdown ends, you will present your solution.
You will be searching for usability issues in the app prototype. After having 10 minutes to get familiar with the prototype, you will present us with as many usability issues as you can.
Your homework will be to design UI(s) specified at the end of our meeting. We'll email to you any wireframes or assets needed for completion.
Send us a portfolio consisting of projects that are relevant to the position, and we’ll reach back to you. The interview consists of one on-site round and one take-home assignment.
Don’t worry if you don’t have a working experience with some of the mentioned tools. It’s not that important.
