Who are we?

We’re a leading Slovak digital product design and engineering company. With projects and clients ranging from San Francisco to Tokyo, we are expanding our team of 300+ professionals across 6 offices in Europe (London, Bratislava, Prague, Kosice, Brno, Budapest).

We focus on the area of fintech and cryptocurrencies. People here are eager to improve the world around us, learn new things and innovate.

We build new challenger banks from scratch, create new banking platforms, and we are a trusted partner of one of the most innovative banks in Europe.

We build crucial parts of the Cardano ecosystem: web & mobile wallets, blockchain explorer, and even integration with hardware wallets Trezor and Ledger.

And we aren’t limited to fintech projects. Our experience with a variety of problem-solving in the industry has led to an exciting assortment of spin-offs.

We know that hiring IT professionals is not easy and that we operate in a very competitive market. Only around 15% of our candidates are able to go through our hiring process successfully, but we as a team are dedicated to bringing the best people to our company. And we enjoy it. 

You qualify for this position if you are:

  • Fast learner. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior developers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position.
  • Networker. You should enjoy growing and fostering high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up.
  • Consistent. Candidates are pretty used to receiving the automated messages. We make a habit of personal communication before the interviews, during the waiting periods, and at status updates, so candidates are well-informed. You should take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.
  • Goal-oriented. You should strive to meet hiring goals and bring quality candidates to our company.
