Who you are

What you’ll do

Lead the infra team, be responsible for the team vision and goals.
Focus on the people, upskill and mentor them on their way to grow.
Participate in pre-sales: architecture, estimation, staffing.
Support our ongoing projects' infrastructure related efforts.
Represent the infra team in front of Vacuumlabs management.
Represent Vacuumlabs in front of our clients or 3rd parties.
Setup and run maintenance and on-call services.
Lead security and compliance efforts.

What you need to succeed

Proven experience in leading a shared infra / devops team.
Servant leader personality with a goal to help and deblock the team.
Strong organizational skills for creating, planning, and delivering both short and long term strategies.
Experience working across organizations to align vision, standards, and processes.
Strong technical background with our main tech stack: AWS and Terraform. Being certified is a plus. Experience with GCP / Azure is a plus.
Great communication, presentation, documentation skills. Not afraid to speak publicly in front of (a bigger) audience.
Eager to learn, continuously adapt to the changing environment and tools.
Positive attitude towards on-call service, ideally experience in setting up and operating on-call teams (24/7 experience is a plus).
Ideally security or compliance experience in the fintech market.
Slovak or Czech native level speaker and fluent in English (both written and verbally).
